Q: How long do I have to wait to hear from an attorney?
Precase.com will match you with the best attorney for your specific area of law related to your case. Once the application is completed and submitted to Precase.com, the system will forward the application to the qualified attorney for evaluation. The attorney will contact you within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the application.

Q: How much does it cost?
Precase.com is a free attorney connection service. The connection to the right attorney does not cost anything to the User. Once the preferred attorney evaluates the case, he or she will contact you; at which time any fee arrangement or fee structuring will/can be discussed.

Q: Can I change attorneys if I feel that the assigned lawyer does not meet my expectations?
Absolutely. The client has a right to change attorneys based upon the specific agreement that they have with those attorneys. Precase.com connection services are based upon finding the right attorney for each User’s specific case. Any request for reassignments can be submitted via email to contact@precase.com if the initial preferred attorney does not meet your expectations.

Q: What if I decide not to move forward with the court case?
Precase.com is a connection service only. The evaluation of the case takes place by the attorney. The attorney will explain to the client their rights and obligations under each case. If the client does not want to move forward with the Precase.com connection service, an email can be sent to contact@precase.com to withdraw or revoke the application and referral. Any legal evaluation of your case will take place with the specific attorney.
